Meet The Team

Meet Steph Reeves 👋

Steph Reeves

Steph is a Speech Pathologist and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience across the disability and allied health sectors. She has developed deep expertise in clinical governance, service innovation, and building strong multidisciplinary teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

A particular area of passion for Steph is Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Over her career, she has led the growth of AAC services within organisations, supporting clients with complex communication needs and helping to embed AAC into everyday practice. This blend of clinical expertise and leadership experience has positioned her as a trusted voice in shaping services that are both evidence-based and client-focused.

As a clinical leader, Steph has overseen the growth of large allied health teams, guiding clinicians through periods of rapid expansion while keeping quality and consistency of support and services at the forefront. She is recognised for creating psychologically safe workplaces where clinicians feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive. Her leadership approach emphasises emotional intelligence and authentic connection - empowering teams to have open conversations, lean into feedback, and collaborate in ways that strengthen outcomes for clients.

Steph co-founded BlueRocket Therapy with Nebs to create a provider where people, progress, and innovation come first. Her vision is to build a culture that supports clinicians while harnessing technology to unlock better ways of working - reducing admin, strengthening communication, and enabling clinicians to spend more time focusing on clients. For Steph, it all comes back to outcomes: helping clients achieve their goals sooner, improving access to high-quality services, and ensuring families feel genuinely supported throughout their journey. She is also passionate about reshaping ownership in allied health, ensuring that employees have the opportunity to share directly in the success of the organisation.
