What you will experience in Ignite

Hands-on, discipline-specific training: Tailored learning for your profession. For example, Speech Pathologists participate in AAC, while Occupational Therapists focus on functional capacity assessments and sensory integration.
Non-clinical skills for the real world: Training in emotional intelligence, mental health first aid, NDIS essentials, and time management.
Shadowing across disciplines: Spend time with colleagues from OT, Speech, and Physio to understand how each profession contributes to shared client outcomes.
Supportive supervision: Clinical supervision from senior therapists and line management support from experienced leaders to guide your caseload and professional development.
Peer learning and growth: Join with others who start alongside you, forming peer supervision groups that learn, reflect, and grow together.
Leadership connection: Regular coffee check-ins with the leadership team give you the chance to share feedback and help shape the future of BlueRocket.
