Nebs is a founder and executive leader who believes the future of allied health depends on putting people, progress, and innovation first. As the inaugural Managing Director of one of Australia’s fastest-growing allied health providers, Superyou Therapy, he led that organisation from a bold idea into a nationally recognised disruptor, building a team of more than 130 clinicians in just three years and proving what’s possible when culture and innovation are prioritised.

Together with Steph, Nebs founded BlueRocket Therapy to go even further. They believe the industry is at a tipping point: traditional models aren’t working, and providers that don’t adapt will struggle to attract and retain the clinicians and partners needed to deliver real outcomes. BlueRocket Therapy is their answer. a provider built from the ground up to embrace culture, technology, and AI as the drivers of both clinician success and client progress.

Nebs is passionate about building an organisation where clinicians are empowered, supported, and given the tools to do their best work, including cutting-edge systems designed to reduce admin and enhance the quality of services.
