Support Coordinator Hub

Whether you're organising a plan review, weighing up therapy options for a participant, or explaining to a family what therapy actually involves, this is the place to start. Take our Support Coordinator Playbook or claim an early access spot for BlueRocket Connect. Both are free.

The Support Coordinator Playbook

Ten chapters written for people who already know the scheme, covering the questions we get asked most on referral calls. Every chapter stands on its own, so read the one you need now and send the rest to whoever in your office needs them.

Early access to BlueRocket Connect

BlueRocket Connect is the portal we're rolling out to BlueRocket families in September: appointments, session summaries, therapy goals, documents, clinical resources and funding information in one place.

From 19 October we're opening up BlueRocket Connect to Support Coordinators, so you can see the same picture for the participants you coordinate instead of searching through your emails over and over again.

We're providing early access to 20 Support Coordinators out of our network of 1,000, because that's how many we can set up properly and genuinely listen to while BlueRocket Connect is still taking shape.

What you'll be able to do in BlueRocket Connect

Icon

Everything in one place

What's been happening at sessions, the goals being worked on and the strategies being used, therapy documents to download, and how much funding has gone against the plan.

Icon

Kept in the loop

An update when a session is completed, a report is finished or a document is added, so you hear about it as it happens.

Icon

Q and A

Post a question against a participant for their treating therapist to pick up at the next session, rather than starting an email chain.

LittleRocket the AI Assistant

Ask a question in plain English and it pulls the answer together from everything above — sessions, goals, documents, funding. It works only from what's already in the participant's record, and it doesn't give therapy advice.

You may enjoy BlueRocket Connect if if…

  • You share at least one participant with a BlueRocket OT or speech pathologist.
  • You like having what you need in front of you before a plan review or a progress report.
  • You're often the person a family asks what's happening with therapy, or what's left in the plan.
  • You're happy to tell us what's working well and what’s missing, because we’re after feedback from the first 20 places.
