Nicole brings a wealth of experience across paediatric and adult settings, having worked across South Africa and Australia in community health, acute hospital, and NDIS contexts. Her career spans over a decade and includes founding and leading a speech therapy department in South Africa - an experience that speaks to her initiative, leadership, and deep commitment to accessible therapy support.

- Dysphagia assessment and management

Nicole takes a holistic approach to therapy, considering not just the client, but their environment, relationships, and goals. She believes in thinking creatively to find solutions that truly work for each person, and is driven by a genuine desire to empower clients, families, and the communities she supports.
Her broad clinical background - from community outreach to acute inpatient settings - gives Nicole a versatile and grounded perspective that she brings to every aspect of her work. She has extensive experience in the assessment and management of complex paediatric and adult caseloads. Nicole has completed various trainings in the assessment and management of swallowing difficulties across the lifespan and is a registered practitioner with Speech Pathology Australia.
