Funding & Access Information
Support at Home Program
The Australian Government’s Support at Home program provides coordinated “help at home” for older adults who need ongoing support to remain safe, independent, and connected. Funding can cover allied health services, mobility support, Assistive Technology, minor home modifications, and mealtimes and dysphagia support, when they meet assessed ageing-related needs.
Program Transition
Support at Home replaces the former Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs. (The Commonwealth Home Support Program will transition no earlier than 1 July 2027.)

Getting Started with BlueRocket
Under the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, you can access BlueRocket’s allied health services whether your supports are provider-managed or you choose to self-manage your therapy arrangements. We deliver services under the governance of your registered aged care provider.

Talk to your Registered Provider
If your Support at Home services are provider-managed, simply let your care manager know you’d like BlueRocket Therapy as your preferred allied health provider. Your registered provider will send us the referral and authorise the therapy supports included in your plan. If you self-manage your allied health supports, you can contact us directly to arrange services, and we’ll provide any documentation your registered provider needs.
