Jess is a growth-focused executive known for building scalable operations, strong brands, and high-performing teams. She believes outstanding client experiences are intentionally designed through clear strategy, data-driven decisions, and a relentless focus on what matters most to families, referrers and clinicians.

As Chief Operating Officer of BlueRocket Therapy, Jess leads the organisation’s operational strategy, growth, and expansion, ensuring a consistent high-quality client experience. She drives new market launches, strengthens referral partnerships, and embeds systems that improve access and outcomes for clients.

Jess is passionate about leveraging innovation, technology, and continuous improvement to remove barriers for families, referrers and empower clinicians to deliver their best work. Working closely with the leadership team, she ensures operations and growth remain tightly aligned to BlueRocket Therapy’s mission and long-term vision.

Outside of work, Jess lives an active lifestyle and can often be found at the beach, out on a run, or keeping up with her young family.
