Meet Fliss Bocock 👋

As BlueRocket Therapy’s Lead Systems Architect, Fliss Bocock designs and maintains the backbone of our operations. She spends her days mapping how work really flows, building tools to support it, and pressure-testing those tools until they’re simple, stable, and secure.

What Fliss enjoys most about her role is the trust and freedom to experiment. BlueRocket gives her the room to prototype, break, learn, and iterate quickly, so new ideas don’t sit on a whiteboard, they ship. That culture lets her turn curiosity into practical improvements, from automated workflows to cleaner data and clearer handoffs between teams.

Fliss brings a blend of systems thinking and plain-spoken pragmatism. Colleagues count on her for calm problem-solving under pressure, a sharp eye for process design, and a steady focus on reliability, privacy, and people-centred outcomes.

Outside of work, life is joyfully kinetic: family time, a well-earned glass of wine, and trying to keep pace with a very busy four-year-old. That balance keeps her grounded and reminds her that the best systems are the ones that make real life a little easier.
