Meet Andrew Tobin 👋

Andrew is the State Allied Health Manager for Victoria at BlueRocket Therapy. He is a physiotherapist and leader with more than 20 years’ experience across health and disability, and he now spends most of his energy on the part of his job that matters most: supporting and investing in people.

Andrew is known for being steady, warm and genuinely invested in the humans in the team. He values the kind of workplaces where you can ask a “basic” question without feeling silly, where support is practical and useful, and where wins are noticed. He pays attention to what helps clinicians thrive day to day: clear priorities, a strong focus on the impact we can make for our clients, and providing ongoing opportunities for our team to grow and develop.

He leads with values, is big on honesty and kindness, and he takes the responsibility of leadership seriously, especially for early career clinicians and new leaders. Andrew’s style is supportive and encouraging, with enough structure to help people grow confidence, back their judgement, and lean into what they are already good at.

Andrew also brings post-graduate qualifications and expertise in organisational coaching and applied positive psychology, which he uses in a grounded, no-fluff way to help people build on their strengths and enjoy their work.
