Our Graduate Program
At BlueRocket, new graduates are supported from day one through our structured graduate program, BlueRocket Ignite, designed to build confidence and capability.
You’ll be guided through your transition into clinical practice with hands on training across clinical and non-clinical topics, supervision with experienced clinicians, mentoring and regular check-ins with the leadership team.
Our goal is to create a safe space to learn, ask questions, and grow, so you can start your career with clarity, support, and momentum.
