Shayla has experience supporting children, adults, and families with a focus on emotional regulation, sensory processing, and building independence in daily life. Her practice is grounded in strengths-based, neuro-affirming therapy and she has a strong interest in early childhood intervention. Shayla’s approach is shaped by genuine compassion, collaboration, and her lived experience as a sibling of a person navigating the NDIS, giving her a strong appreciation for the importance of family-centred, holistic services.

Outside of work, Shayla loved spending time with her family. Raised in a Vietnamese cultural background that values connection through shared meals and quality time, she enjoys food, travel, and staying active. Shayla recharges with good coffee, sudoku, reading, and time spent by the beach.
