Cara has experience supporting children, adults, and families across a range of communication needs, with a strong focus on creating therapy environments that feel approachable, engaging, and respectful. She is particularly passionate about supporting children through play-based intervention, recognising play as a powerful driver for motivation, engagement, and meaningful learning. Cara also values working collaboratively with adults, ensuring each person feels respected, empowered, and supported through a strengths-based lens.

Cara strives to ensure her clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs, goals, and strengths.

Outside of work, Cara enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, soaking up the sunshine, reading a good book, and relaxing with a bubble bath, moments that reflect her calm, grounded, and people-centred approach to both life and therapy.
